(1) Products in support of the Association’s work may be purchased via the website. (2) Product descriptions in the shop are non-binding. A purchase contract is only concluded upon order confirmation by the Association. (4) Shipping and delivery conditions are explained during the ordering process. (5) Returns or exchanges are only possible within the framework of Swiss consumer protection law or in the case of clear defects.

(1) The Association assumes no liability for the continuous availability or error-free operation of the website. (2) Liability exists only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. (3) The Association assumes no responsibility for the content of external websites linked to the website. (1) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. (2) Exclusively Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent legally permissible – Gränichen (AG).
