Mala Oaza MedServ Switzerland
Mala Oaza MedServ Switzerland is a non-profit, entirely volunteer-run Swiss association. As a technical partner of the Ukrainian organization Mala Oaza Volunteering, we have been actively engaged for over four years in supporting the medical care of healthcare facilities in Ukraine. Our support is needs-based and carried out in close coordination with medical institutions on the ground. In this way, we ensure that medical equipment is provided in a targeted, professional, and reliable manner. We procure, inspect, and maintain medical devices and deliver them even to hard-to-reach regions and frontline areas where other aid structures often no longer function. A particular focus of our work lies on sustainable impact: through structured training sessions and workshops, we enable medical professionals to independently maintain equipment and operate it safely in the long term. Thanks to our long-standing and trust-based partnerships in Switzerland and Ukraine, we are able to respond quickly, act efficiently, and provide transparent assistance. MedServ is independently organized and at the same time works closely and in a spirit of trust with the Mala Oaza Foundation – united in the shared mission of protecting lives through reliable and high-quality medical support.
Mala Oaza Foundation
Mala Oaza Foundation is a humanitarian aid organization that was founded in the spring of 2022 as a direct response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The initiative emerged from the need to respond quickly and flexibly to the acute consequences of the conflict and to support particularly affected regions. The organization focuses primarily on humanitarian deliveries including medical equipment, medicines, food, and other urgently needed relief supplies. This support is directed at refugee shelters, hospitals, and other civilian facilities, as well as at structures that serve to support the provision of care for Ukraine’s defense forces, especially in frontline areas, including regions in the Donbas as well as in Kharkiv. Another central area of Mala Oaza Foundation’s work is evacuation transports from high-risk regions, particularly in the Donbas, where the situation for the civilian population is especially critical.
Our mission
We deliver medical equipment directly to Ukrainian hospitals and frontline areas. As a volunteer-based, non-profit organization, we ensure that aid reaches exactly where it is most needed.
Technical expertise & training
Our focus is not only on delivery, but also on the professional maintenance of equipment. Through on-site training, we strengthen local medical staff and enable sustainable, safe use of the equipment.

For four years, we have been working closely with “Mala Oaza” and numerous reliable partners. These long-standing relationships enable fast logistics, transparent processes and operations even in hard-to-reach regions.
